Two months ago, a tiny tuxedo kitten named Jojo was found trapped inside a wall, stuck there for two whole days. Exhausted, dehydrated, and covered in dirt, Jojo’s rescue was nothing short of a miracle. Foster volunteer Erin from Wrenn Rescues in Los Angeles took Jojo into her care, knowing the little kitten would need round-the-clock attention. At first, Jojo was too weak to feed on her own and had to be tube-fed, but with patience and love, she quickly began gaining weight and eating like a champ. Despite her rough start, Jojo’s resilient spirit shone through—she was determined to never be alone again.

To help Jojo adjust after her traumatic ordeal, Erin gave her a special snuggle toy that mimicked a heartbeat and warmth, offering comfort before she could safely meet other kittens. Jojo longed for companionship and quickly bonded with the other black-and-white foster cats in Erin’s home. When the time came for her to meet her new friends, the bigger kittens embraced Jojo as one of their own, teaching her the ropes through playful roughhousing and shared adventures. From shy and fragile, she blossomed into a lively, confident little hunter and cuddler who loved curling up on laps just as much as chasing toys.

Now, two months later, Jojo has found her forever family where she enjoys the company of a feline sibling and endless affection. She’s become a chatty, bold, and affectionate lap cat who never misses a chance to purr and snuggle with her people. Jojo’s journey from a scared, trapped kitten to a beloved family member is a testament to the power of rescue, patience, and love. Her story continues to inspire foster volunteers and cat lovers alike, reminding us all how a little kindness can change a life forever
